Delivery

  • Delivery Details

All our deliveries are made from 7am to 8pm and cost a flat rate of £5 for East London postcodes and £10 for the rest of the UK.

    Collection from E14 is free.

  • Tracking

You will receive an email as soon as your order is on its way with a tracking link, and again once it has arrived.

  • Coverage Areas

We provide next day delivery across all UK mainland postcodes through our dedicated, eco-friendly courier service.

In some circumstances we can accommodate same day orders, please contact us on help@peoniesdobloom.com to see if this is possible, the earlier the better.

If you would like your order delivered on a specific date in the future, please let us know when ordering.

  • Can I change my order?

If you’d like to make any changes to your order, just get in touch with our friendly customer service team at help@peoniesdobloom.com. We’ll do our utmost to accommodate last-minute requests, but to guarantee any changes, please contact us at least 48 hours before your delivery date.

During busy times, we begin processing orders earlier to keep up with demand, so changes might not be possible if your flowers are already out for delivery.

Still, we’ll always try our best to help wherever we can.

  • Can I cancel an order?

We cannot accept cancellations for next-day or same-day orders. This means that an order made through the standard process on the website cannot be cancelled. We can cancel orders where you have scheduled delivery on a later date.

If you need to cancel an order, please provide written notification to help@peoniesdobloom.com at least 48 hours before the delivery date.

Workshop bookings are non-refundable, but we can consider rescheduling your booking or transferring it to another person if you have given us at least 1 weeks notice.

  • What happens if the recipient is not in for delivery?

Please ensure someone is available to receive your flowers, as they are delicate and perishable. We cannot be held responsible for any flowers that aren’t successfully delivered.

For East London deliveries, you can specify delivery preferences when placing your order, including instructions for what to do if no one is home. We will always try to contact the recipient first, and if needed, leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a safe spot. Please note, unsuccessful deliveries will incur a re-delivery fee of £5, with the next attempt scheduled for the following business day.

For nationwide deliveries, you’ll get a tracking link from our courier to keep you updated on when your flowers are arriving. If no one is available at the delivery time, the courier will follow their usual procedure, which might include re-delivery, leaving the flowers in a safe place, or delivering to a nearby pick-up location.
